Had a pop down to Elvington today to see what was going around. As usual a variety of weapons, but was pleased to see a couple of E30's going around, plus an old smoker of an E28 525 and a couple of E36 M3's.

Here's a couple of pics, the red 325 belongs to a zoner Striker, who lives very near to me. Good to meet you fella!

Looks like a fun day out, I need another track day I think.

Are they 14" BBS as they look quite tiny, if so what tyres do you use on them?

The black M3 was me. First trackday in the new car and the first with RWD after a string of FWD hatches. Had a great day getting to know the M3. Shame it didn't stay damp for longer to keep tyre wear down though.

Cheers for the pics

Sorry for the late reply, I just noticed the post about the wheels.

The BBS wheels are 14" the tyres, to be honest I dont know. Elvington is mainly a concrete surface and very abrasive. I now need to replace them as the are down to the canvas.

CHEERS,

Andy
