I'm STILL having issues with stiff door locks - I am thinking my only option is to replace the actual locking mechanism itself (I rebuilt the door lock cylinders, no dice).

Does anyone have a how to guide? It looks like a major ballache....

Any other ideas out there? Basically, my passenger door won't go up easily (it SOMETIMES works with central locking, but not often) and just seems really really stiff. Drivers is better but not great.

Cheers,
Gus

Remove the latch from the door, clean it,lubricate every moving bit you can get at,work it by hand until it has a light, smooth action.
