Fog light lenses (Face-lift)

Guys

Was curious as to whether the fog light lenses can be removed without breaking them? Seem to remember reading that the headlight lenses required baking in the oven to soften the glue, would this be applicable to the fogs too? Alternatively if I was to replace the lenses what would I glue them back on with?

Aye I've seen his thread I'm gonna have a go at removing them today and see how I get on. If it all goes horribly I can purchase the new glass
