Can a 318is sport interior (back bench) fit the touring or be modified some how to fit? Thanks in advance!

Not really but if you want it to fit you can try but safety, mot, time spent swearing and peeing about is all a issue.
If you want the seats to match the front ones I would look into swapping the material, you will need two back seats though I think for enough material.
