Not sure what group to put this in...

The chrome trim around the side windows has oxidised and gone dull. I have new front and rear chrome to fit but need to try restore the side ones.

Anybody found a good solution that works?

What about sanding them back and lacquer?

Got the same problem, tried aluminium foil and water as well as Autosol and it's better but no where near where I want it.

It's just the window trim, the rest of the chrome has come up lovely with a little work.

These are anodized

They need to be re done
