Have put ecu plug back through into the o/s and I have a little 3 pin plug just next to ecu plug that I don't remember being there, looks like it used to be connected but can't find the other end,

What does this plug do?

If this is a post '87 engine, you don't have an EH automatic gearbox, and don't have aircon., then this plug isn't used.
