Hi Zoners,

Fitting original mtech 2 coupe side skirts on a convertible wouldn't look quite right would it? Wonder what the visual difference is..?

It's so difficult to find original cabby tech 2 side skirts..?

But, what makes them unsightly compared to the coupe version on a cabby?

I know this wouldn't be right... But could you modify the coupe pair to look as a good cabby pair?

coupe skirts will fit a convertible with slight modification, you will need to trim the lower half of skirts to sit flush with the sill, will look the same as original tech 2 convertible skirts.

This is a photo of a cab kit I sold last year
It was modified from a standard kit
You can make out the modifications if you compare it with standard
The genuine article is modified/manufactured to fit as the cab sills are wider
