Which hose goes where when connecting heater matrix on e30 m20 engine please ? Cheers David

Also any hints on bleeding matrix properly

Hose from the back of the head goes to the lower stub on the bulkhead, and the matrix should normally bleed itself when refilling/changing coolant.
If the heater circuit does airlock (no heat from heater and temp. gauge quickly heading for the 'red'), allow the engine to cool, then fill the coolant bottle to the top, pull the top heater hose off of the stub pipe, and reattach it with coolant flowing from both sides.
