My brake pads are shot and so are two of the discs. Any
Advice on the best replacement?

Or should I go for oem parts and keep them standered

Pagid discs and pads from carparts4less are OE equivalent, and more than adequate.

Just found out my break lines need changing too.

What should I go for branded ones or normal ones?

Also was wondering if it's worth changeing the metal ones that run all the way down two.

Make your own hard lines from 3/16" kunifer brake tube and M10 short male ends. Renew the flexibles as well, and invest in a new set of the U shaped clips that hold the ends of the flexibles from BMW.
Changing the lot means that you can just cut all the old stuff off, including the pipes to the rear tee piece, which you should then be able to start undoing by rotating the whole thing.

Wicked.

I can do the discs and pads myself, how much
Should it cost to do the rest from a garage?
