Hi ,
Have ordered a gunson ezzibleed as it's said to be a doddle to use by yourself, with a spare tyre full of a good amount of air

(Avoiding the whole argument with the wife by doing it with a milk bottle and washer bottle type pipe while she pushes the pedal!!)

Have heard master cylnder seals can flip so looking for tips to avoid this ideally

Car is 318IS so has rear discs and no ABS. Everything else is standard bmw.

Have had front calipers off and the brake lines, hoses and bleed screw are new.

Fluid has just been put in... Any advise greatly appricated as I've never used one

Ta.....

Just follow the instructions and you won't have a problem, nice easy kit to use!

Not heard of the seal flipping before, maybe from the tyre still being fully inflated, should be no more than 20 PSI.

12 psi works well IMHO. Test it without any fluid in first and check for air leaks before trying it with fluid because if you do have a leak, it will make a spectacular mess - so I've been led to believe

Otherwise, a really nice, easy to use bit of kit that makes bleeding fast and hassle free.

I've been led to believe the same thing! 12 psi is plenty. 20 psi is asking for problems.

Thanks chaps ,

The brake fluid resiviour is full with brake fluid when I put it all back together to check for leaks.. Never mind I'll have a hose on hand to wash it away.

I'll make sure the wheel only has 12 psi to run off hopefully plain sailing,

Cheers
