My headlining is really grubby and nasty.. tried to clean but to no avail.. What's everyones methods of sorting this?
Are they still available new? Big job to fit?
Are 2 and 4 door headlinings the same?
Cheers

If it's a case of removing/swapping it , as a last ditch attempt you could try to paint it by hand carefully using angelus leather paint , people paint all types of leather trainers with this stuff and it's excellent , doesn't crack or flake when worn , maybe buy some and do a tiny test on the edge under door seal or an old sun visor, and do it carefully by hand with a small brush would take a while but then save removing it , might come out good

All the glass has to come out as well as all the sunroof parts. Not my favourite job but I've done it several times.
Head liners are NLA as far as I know.

You love your DIY fixes Polsta, but a pot of paint and my interior wouldn't be a good mix lol
Barry are the 2 and 4 door versions the same? There's a very clean 4 door headliner going fairly cheap atm.
Or there is this brand new genuine one... although seems to be so many different variants, would have to do further research on fitment

It's leather paint and going careful with a tiny artist brush wouldn't drip like slap dash with a big brush, would work well, of course putting a new head lining in would be better but a big job

It's a PITA job to change, like Barry said all glass out and the sunroof bits are really fiddly when putting back in. It's a job I would avoid TBH.
