Hello peeps,
Just a simple question, are the carpets hard to get out of these cars (CAB) once all the seats are out?
will be taking mine out this weekend but ONLY if they dont hold too many problems on doing so..
Any advice on the best way to do it,and apart from the Side Trims, is it only the centre console that has to be removed?

you'll need to remove the throttle pedal from it's base as well, plus make a small cut in the carpet above the steering column, if memory serves correctly.

Hmm..
Was told today that i would have to cut it around the heater matrix behind the centre console unless i remove most of the dash which i dont want to do,i havent got the time TBH..
Not sure on wether cutting it is a good idea, anoterh Zoner suggested just Dying it as its alot easier and completley safe, doesnt run, faid of transfer so im thinking this might be the easiest option

It's easier to install a carpet if you cut it where it goes under the matrix, but removing is not a problem.

The last time I removed a carpet I don't remember having to make ANY cuts, just removed the consoles and acc. pedal.

Definitely need a little cut just above the steering column, no need to cut the carpet around the heater matrix to remove it. But it is one hell of a lot easier to fit the carpet back in if you do cut the carpet slightly beneath the heater box. Your never going to see the cut because the centre consul covers it all.
