I've a 325 pre facelift, having starting issues there's no spark
Not sure if the imobalizer is at fault, what's the best way to find out and if it's not the imobalizer what could it be , thank you .

Is there power at the + terminal of the ignition coil when the ignition is on? If so, then it's not the immobiliser, assuming it's installed in the conventional manner.
Next thing to check is if the fuel pump runs when the engine is cranked.

Hi just had the AA out and it started straight away for 10 seconds then cut out then would not start again, he done some tests and the fault is intermittent, there dosnt seem to be a spark and no injection at the same time then will start and cut out after 10 seconds he seems to think it could be a crank/cam sensor anyone help.

Then the chances are that the problem is crank sensor related.
Does your car have two crank sensors mounted on the inlet manifold side of the gearbox bell housing?

I wouldn't replace ANYTHING until I know exactly what the fault is. Random replacing of parts leads to more unrelated faults, and a near impossible conundrum to solve.
