Hi guys, I bought an E30 320 which has been converted to the M20 B25 but the Rev gauge doesn't work, any ideas?

Check the lock ring that holds the C101 engine loom plug into its socket (next to the fusebox) is fully home.

No I dont think I have that, I've just got a white and blue going into the back of the cluster but don't have that White connecter near the ECU. Any other ideas? I have got the circuit board in the back with a bit of corrosion on it but the temperature and fuel work, not sure about speedo as I havnt driven it.
