Any chance of obtaining the part no. Of the 16mm crush washer (pt 5) on Realoem. Dealers can't locate it and service dept can't find it without pt no.

It must exist and at the moment I'm at a dead end.

If you have the old one (assuming it's copper ) heat it till bright red with a blowlamp then dip it in water then simply refit - I've done this many times and it's never leaked

Agreed with annealing copper but these are aluminium. Can source the 14mm washers (have pt. no.) but the 16mm doesn't exist, crazy!!

Thanks for that, your right. Checked out that no. On realoem and it describes part for 325ix. Back to the stealers for some. Thanks again :D
