Hello people!!

Has any1 come across this?? It looks like my fan blades are melting into the radiator, then wedging themselves in the radiator housing?????

Stopping the blades from spinnin then overheated when stopped!!!

I need to sort it before monday otherwise no Ace Cafe :( ??

Sounds to me that the water pump bearings have failed allowing excess play in the whole assembly causing blades to touch radiator.

WaterPump has just been changed as well as

oil pump, Engine and gearbox mounts!

Viscous Coupling and the fan blade!

Also Engine has been out to change the gearbox shaft seal!

Any chance it could have been replaced in the wrong position??
