Just sold one of those sportex systems on the bay. They are mild steel not stainless but for the money it was brilliant. The build quality if the exhaust was ok it was the hangers that always made it hang at a funny angle. Made my own hangers up to make it better. Sounded really good on tickover with a nice burble and was quite quiet at steady motorway speeds as well.
The only reason it came off was i had the one with the larger twin tailpipes and looked a bit silly.
so gone back to standard for now. Dibs on the Scorpion if your selling it.
Let me see if i can find the ebay pictures for you.

Yes it was Andy.
It fitted badly and I now have it on mine and it is still WAY too low. Planning to just chop it about as I am using it with a random back box I had kicking about (standard exhaust was shot so cobbled something together).
Hard for me to comment on noise as it's a random stainless back box but it's bordering on too loud. Really considering changing it but thinking it might be a resonation issue as no rear carpets at the moment.
Quality of material and welding is ok, so I do wonder if the fit issue is just this particular pipe.
Would be nice to know how it sounds with the right backbox because cost v quality a complete one is still tempting.
