Hi iv just fitted some H&R springs with a 35 mill drop and the passenger side rear tyre and passenger front tyres are catching on the arches. i have also had the tracking done.
i am running tyre size 205-55-15.
should i change the tyres to get more of a clearance something like 195-50-15 or 195-45-15?

has any one else had a similar issue or problem??

what would be the best fix to the situation? 8O

35mm shouldn't cause any rubbing problems. What car do you have? Touring, convertible or saloon?

I think you need to run 195/50/15
I was looking at these springs myself.
If you don't mind what did you pay for the springs

You do not need to run smaller tyres

The problem is else where

Are the springs new and are they 100% the 35mm springs and not the 60/40 ones

Do you definitely have the correct springs for the body type?

I have got 60 / 40 springs on my car with 205 - 55 - 15 tyres and there is plenty of clearance, so as others have said either they aren't the springs you think the are or something else is wrong.

YES THEY ARE DEFO 35 MM ALL THE WAY AROUND AND ARE BRAND NEW SO SHOULD BE 100% CORRECT FOR THE CAR.
YES THEY ARE THE CORRECT SPRINGS FOR THE CAR
IM RUNNING THE BBS RZ'Z 15'S
I DID HAVE THE TRACKING DONE SO COULD IT BE THE CAMBER ON 1 SIDE THAT MAY BE OUT?
THE LEFT REAR CAMBER SITS AT -3.10 AND THE RIGHT SITS AT -2.33
THE LEFT TOE SITS AT 0.07 AND THE RIGHT SITS AT 0.08
THE LEFT FRONT CAMBER SITS AT -1.39 AND THE RIGHT FRONT SITS AT -1.17

NOT THAT CLUED UP BUT DOES THAT SOUND ABOUT RIGHT?

That's a lot negative camber for a 35mm drop

PS turn off the caps lock

No don't get it done again because the camber is not adjustable but they should be able to advise you what to do

What state are you shocks in ?
Also does the car show any signs of accident damage, it's not uncommon for the turrets to "collapse" and that will mean more negative camber
