this guy has his car advertised as a 2.7 hartge with all the goodies except a blown engine.......if any of you are thinkin of biddin or driving up to darwen lancashire to see it......pls dont bother......its a shed and he thinks its worth grands!!......its not a hartge!!!.......i live 4 miles from him i've seen the car in flesh he thinks he knows alot about e30's but he dont know shit!!!.......when i asked why it doesnt have the hartge rocker cover on engine......he said all e30 hartge's imported to england had their rocker covers removed so they can be insured as a 325i!......wat a load of bollocks.......i've seen a 2.7 hartge in flesh and the rocker cover has hartge stamped on......this guy is chav!!......and thinks he knows alot about e30's.....yeah right!...most of u prob hav shirts worth more......also the car looks ok in pic but believe me its not........he thinks when it used to be running it did 0-60 mph in 5 secs......

the guy has posted on here before trying to sell an engine ,i don't think anyone has bothered though He's always on ebay as well ( blue coloured e30) various different reasons for selling. In Darwen lancs

but on a seriour note , i'm suer not all hartge cars cam with the hartge rocker cover. maybe from new they were but not all were built as "new"

I know of 2 h27's with out it, both were built by birds and rocker covers were nolonger available when conversion was done

also you cant say a car i a hartge converted if it has the rocker cover, its not the correct way off telling if its genuine!! look at the history and trce previous owners if at all possible!

it could have had a conversion done by birds to say just the sports suspension in which case it wouldnt have a hartge cover as the engine wouldnt have been touched.

I only looked at the ad today so dont know if he was selling it as hartge engined or not.

he is selling it as a hartge u hav to go see him!....my 17 ac schnitzer alloys are going in to get refurbished......i tried to get a set of steel rims of him for time bein......but he kept insisting they wont fit a cab 325i cause the hubs are designed for alloys only!!!.....also u need to read some questions and answers ppl hav asked him about the car he says its a hartge......i've seen it in flesh........it nowher near not 1 bit on the car says hartge and its fucked
