Has anyone heard of, or know of anyone who has charged a M40b16/18?
I've looked at turbo threads etc, but not many that are S/Charged

Nope...! Not seen any myself - surely someone has looked at it/discarded it?
Remember that supercharging is thermodynamically worse than supercharging - yes, I know I am going open a can of worms by saying that, but do some reading and you'll see it's true and don't believe all this 'instant boost' stuff either - super chargers still have to be sized right and there is such an enormous choice of turbos these days that sizing one right for your application to minimise lag is much easier.
Notice most OEMs aren't marketing downsized supercharged engines these days are they?
Worth a bash for a laugh but for me, I'd be turbo-ing...
