hello,

a few days ago my dash/speedometer light is off, I try to turn the light switch to right and left and still no effect.

what is broken?

I check fuses and no fuse is broken.

does bulb light of speedo/dash is broken? but I think is not because the light in the speedo is not only 1.

so does it is the switch does broken or ?

thank you

Instrument panel lights are connected in parallel with the other dash illumination lamps (except lighting and fog light switch), so if these are lit, all fuses and switches are OK.
You are correct that the instruments have two parallel connected bulbs, which are unlikely to fail at exactly the same time. There is an optical light guide that spreads the light around, so are you sure that one wasn't previously blown, and you've only noticed when the second one failed?
The only other likely thing I can think of, is that the solder of the relevant pin of the socket on the back of the cluster has cracked where it joins the circuit board.
It's pins 23 and 24 of the white socket.

have remove the speedometer, change the bulb with new one, also try other speedometer to the dash still no light on.

then I see that my heater/control panel all light including near the headlight switch is all off.

check the outside car the red light in the rear bumper right and left+number plate light is off.

brake light sign is always on, although I pull the cable on the switch.

I still no idea what is wrong.

but my car is under heavy rain a couple days ago and the driver boot is wet also rear car in the jack room is wet.

I see some fuse no2 blown and fuse 21 is hot but not blown has sign of damaged, so I has change it all but still no fix.

what is wrong?

Now you're giving a lot more info., which changes the diagnosis completely!
Instrument panel shares a fuse with the number plate lights, and also (but very little of the wiring), with the RH tail and front parking light. This is fuse 23, which is almost certainly blown.
In spite of popular belief, water does NOT conduct electricity, and even though contaminated water does conduct to an extent, it will have no effect on low impedance, low voltage electrics, except to promote corrosion.
Replace fuse 23 and see what happens. If it blows again, take note as to when it blows and under what conditions.

I have replaced fuse 23 and still no effect.

try to clean the rear lamp electrical wire and change with other taken from another car and still no effect.

try to connect the rear ashtray white and brown cable to the earth and bulb is still off no effect.

still no idea what is wrong.

A grey/green wire runs from fuse 23 to the 29 pin C103 plug and socket (located at the extreme left of the area behind the dash, next to the accessories socket), it comes out of the other side of the C103, still grey/green, and goes across the top of the dash to pin 7 of the lighting switch.
Once inside the switch casing the power is fed to two independent switch sections, which emerge as a grey/red wire on pin 1 for the instrument/dash lights and the number plate lights, and a grey/white wire on pin 6, which feeds the right front parking light and the right rear tail light.
Since the circuits are completely separate after the switch, the fault must be before here.
Check for 12 volts + (with a 12 volt bulb to a good body earth) at pin 7 of the lighting switch plug, and if no power is found there, check at the grey/green wire at the C103.

have check c103 grey/green wire has electricity and then go to headlamp switch the red grey red wire is no electricity.

but I difficult to search where it is wire cut/loss electricity as I try to route it and the wire is go to lower car beneath the carpet.

so I try to give electricity from grey green to near the wire red grey (I make jumper) and problem solved.

But I think this is very2 difficult to route the broken/loss electricity.

thank you Brian for all the info needed.

I have tried recently that my main headlamp switch now the function of dimmer not work

does is it because I made jumper of the wire or the switch it self has die/defect?
