I need 2 grey velour deep pile front mats for my 1993 E30 tourer as they both have holes through heel wear. Oval eyelets are in my drivers one 7 securing pins in the lower carpet but could be removed.
As genuine E30 velour mats are no longer sold by BMW I was thinking of buying another BMW models genuine mats if I knew they were a good fit.
Has anyone on the zone fitted other model mats in their E30?
I would much prefer genuine mats with the woven/bound edge as they seem much better quality than pattern part mats. Also my rear mats are good. I have not seen any E30 velour mats on Ebay either, usually only the hardwearing corrugated ones occasionally get listed.
