Yep looks right. Filter in the engine bay yes ?
It's a fiddly arse to change with everything in the way.
Consider changing the fuel hoses too if they are the originals.

BMW part # in the link doesn't match any E30s in the ETK. Fitment is mostly for older M30 engined models.

It's cheaper from ECP I think Jim, with free postage.
Mine was a bugger to change, hoses were stuck to the filter ends

Thanks mate, must try ECP, I tend to use mr-auto as they have a lot of quality e30 parts and really good customer service. I ordered 4 meters of fuel hose and a bag of stainless 13 mm clamps to change them whilst there.

Yeah they've got a pretty good range.. although they seldom have any sale activity, and can take some time for parts to arrive iirc.. I think they're all based in Francejimbom30cab wrote:Thanks mate, must try ECP, I tend to use mr-auto as they have a lot of quality e30 parts and really good customer service. Probably best to photograph how the hose is routed from the filter up under the manifold and round to the fuel rail. I'm still not sure mine is routed the right way nowjimbom30cab wrote:Thanks mate, must try ECP, I tend to use mr-auto as they have a lot of quality e30 parts and really good customer service.
