Depends on condition. £500 if in good shape or you can give this gentleman £1000.

I got a absolutely mint complete kit for my convertible 18 months ago for £500, not a mark on it.
although since being on the forum again recently it seems in the last 18 months since I was last on here most parts have gone up a good 25-30% such as mtech steering wheels, bodykits, bbs wheels etc.
I think fal325i has one for sale at the moment actually for around £500 ish.

I know I've seen those too Jimjimbom30cab wrote:Some facebook users are selling broken knackered kits for £1000
But like with all prices online, do things actually ever sell at the advertised prices. I'd be surprised if someone would actually pay that.
Something is worth what someone's prepared to pay for it at the end of the day.

this is true, in fact judging by the price some scrap e30's have been selling for on ebay recently I suppose £1000 for a bodykit doesn't look quite as ridicolousDanThe wrote:Impulse buying, you would be surprised at the amount of shit people pay good money formatt86 wrote:I know I've seen those too Jimjimbom30cab wrote:Some facebook users are selling broken knackered kits for £1000![]()

It is not a full kit, the £150+ front valance / spoiler is missing.
Good complete kits appear to make £750 + with convertible kits with the correct side skirts nudging £1000

Cheers for the info pete. Someone still bought it though, so your 750 quid estimate looks about right

I think tech 1 kits go for £500ish.
With so many fake tech2 kits about how can a genuine kit be differentiated from a copy?

There worth whatever someone's willing to pay at the end of the day, personally I wouldn't pay more than 500-600. But if someone else wants to on ebay that's their perogative, equally if anyone of us were selling a kit on ebay and it sold for 1000 I don't think we would complain either

I sold a Tech 1 kit for near £500 on eBay years ago, and that was missing the metal bumpers. I know Topless has sold Tech 1 kits for double that more recently, it's supply and demand. If you're lucky enough to sell at a time there's several people out there after a kit then you'll get good money! Are there actually people out there fighting over this stuff at the moment?

I think the supply and demand may be greater than it has been, I'd imagine good condition complete kits may be getting more thin on the ground now too and perhaps this is one of the reasons prices are on the rise.Kedge wrote:I sold a Tech 1 kit for near £500 on eBay years ago, and that was missing the metal bumpers.
