m52 swap 318 diff

afternoon all
im half way through my m52 build
i still have my 318 diff in the rear axle im using a 325i gearbox and prop, can i still use the 318 diff with this set up?
yes i know it will be a pig to drive because of the ratio but its only to drive it 10 miles too my new workshop

Yes it will bolt up together and will drive ok, if a bit revvy. Just don't push it too hard and it will be fine. FWIW, I used a 318i diff on my S50 conversion for a short while!
