Amazing build! You'll be happy to know I recently got my hands on the intake you made for your m20 and will be going on my 500+ whp build for next season. Might start a thread here on my drift car but figured I'd let you know! Had to find the guy who made it.

Haha I might pm you when I get it in hand, unless it's quite obvious I was wondering how the tps senor was mounted. This is the car it will be going in btw.

Got a few more bits for the rear and 5 stud conversion
Had a little test fit of the new wheels although there not actually bolted on or anything
The hub and disc pics before , I didn't realise that they were the wrong ones they are z3m ones not z3 ones but now I've bought brand new ones from the dealers

New bbs stainless valves

Small update I've got the rear discs on for mock up , the hubs need to be machined to let the disc go bk further for the hand brake shoes to be covered, as the hubs stick out to far, anyone that knows me knows I don't do things the standard way
Here's the discs behind the wheels there 300mm z4 discs on a z3 hub and will be running Porsche boxster rear Brembo 4pots

As you can see the shoes don't quite go under the disc hence the machining

As for the fronts there going to be a sleeved stub axle with e36 hubs

Blasted and cleaned up the front calipers they are staying red so they will be painted this week

Also took the xyz logo off too

And just some odd more bits that I've got new coil packs for the efi swap

And my new wheel bolts for the hartges

New front strut top mounts too, as mine are poo poo

Will have more updates by end of the week as I have some goodies coming from the usa , rear calipers will be here and the fronts should be painted

Looking great, they're some sexy looking wheels, bet you can't wait to see it sat down on them with the brakes behind them. Will the rear arche need rolling much then?

You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity

Front hubs are tested fitted just got to get some new hub nuts

As the brakes and wheels are nearly sorted I thought I'd turn on to the fueling of this monster
This thing is gonna need some fuel supply,I've worked it out at wot on boost its gonna need at least 520lph
I wanted to stick with an Intank pump but for that flow it's not going to happen so it's going to have to be a twin pump system, I've decided to go swirl pot and twin pumps in the boot , now I know it's not going to be no track car to have the need for a swirl pot but there isn't no were to put the pumps inline underneath with out welding outlets on the tank
So it's the easiest solution with a low pressure lifter pump in the tank

A few bits and pieces

More goodies to come next week
