Hi

I've got an 89 325 with an m60b40 and the one niggly thing is the oil level on the check panel is always lit up so i have to push the check button, i've tried to search about to find a solution but can't seem to find anything, maybe i'm looking in the wrong place or there is no fix?
i tried connecting the wires between the m60 socket and the c101 that are listed for static and dynamic oil level but neither make the light go out.
Anyone managed to work this out?
thanks Paul

Im not sure what type of level sensor the M60 has, if its electronic it wont work like that.
If its mechanical like the E30 sensor then you can make it work by connecting the pins up
