hi have a 318 starts fine from cold but revs are erratic approx
750 rpm -1000 rpm for the first 2 minutes then it fairly smooth,
also if i start the engine while it is warm i have to turn it over for approx 3-4 seconds before it starts, any help would be appreciated.

Also worth checking the ICV isn't sticking, if it is, then worth flushing clean with carb cleaner and making sure it doesn't stick.
