A thread where everyone can easily find posts and pics of others individual set-ups.

No pics, no Wiki entry :D
Similar to one on R3V - http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=52154
but with more UK available products.

I'll be purchasing new shocks and springs shortly, currently to decide between H&R Cup Kit 60/40, or Bilstein B12 with Eibach springs kit 35/35 with e92 top hats.

- POST A PIC OF YOUR CAR (side profile or slight angle is preferred, one that shows both tires/wheels)
- List your spring/shock combination
- Post the known/approximate amount of lowering

Give a little description of the quality, ride stiffness, price etc.

BMW E30 325i Sport

New Genuine BMW M-Technic springs all round
New Bilstein B6 Sport shocks all round
New Powerflex rear bushes including rear beam bushes, rear trailing arm bushes, rear anti roll bar bush
New Genuine BMW Z3 M Coupe diff bush
Front bushes are all OEM
The only New Front Bushes are E30 M3 eccentric bushes to help feel because of PacerPete's recommendation
New Genuine BMW E46 3 Series Convertible rear top mounts

Ride not too bad
Can be hard presumably because of Powerflex bushes
I do feel motorway expansion joints
The only thing I would do to improve is new front bushes all round
I only chose Powerflex rear bushes because supposed to be better for drifting
The ride is world away from E46 323Ci which soaks up bumps so much better ! Not sure whether that is because of Powerflex bushes or just E30 thing ?

Ride height is OEM (the best way) :-)

Stickies clutter up the forum, but if people list their setup AND INCLUDE A PIC(!) then I'll make a dedicated Wiki page with the info.

No pics, no Wiki entry :D

Ride height pics need to be taken side on, not at the three quarter aspect.

Has anybody got a pic of their e30 running either the H&R Cup Kit 60/40 or Bilstein B12 30-40/30 kit?

Bump. Would be nice to get a section on the wiki for suspension set-ups!

This car is running Koni adjustable yellow adjustable dampers all round with koni springs which give about a 40mm drop.
The best part about these dampers is that theyre adjustable, only on the rebound though. They go from a little bit stiffer than stock to very hard, with anywhere inbetween. It has complete new suspension hardware on the front end with offset wishbone bushes.

Just fitted by Bilstein B12 kit, Bilstein B8 shocks and Eibach 40/30 springs. Haven't had chance to drive it yet waiting till the weather gets a bit better and grits off the roads.

Will take some better pics when I get chance.
