Just wondering what people think about these eBay BBS's.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/16-Staggered- ... 3cec7ac5c7

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4x-Brand-New- ... 19f891a9eb

And also if anyone has any pictures with these kind of reps on.

Cheers.

No mention of manufacturer that I can see and suspiciously cheap, I'd avoid.

Cheers man. I've just been looking and I'm so confused as to what they look like. I will get them if they look like these. I know there aren't any caps but they look hyper silver?

http://www.driftworks.com/forum/drift-c ... inner.html

But if they look like what they look like on their site.. I'm not feeling it.

http://daremotorsport.com/wheels.html

The silver looks matt and not nice. I guess I could paint them but I'm just confused as to how they look IRL.

Some on eBay look like this!

Such confused.

Quality varies, but bear in mind that copies will corrode under the lacquer finish faster than a BBS and refurbishment won't be cheap.

Quality costs.

Oh and avoid anything with bk racing on it ... Made of cheese and a waste of Money...
(I'm in the tyre trade, I don't deal with new rims but what we see after a couple of winters with the copies / cheapies is pretty poor)

I see what you mean about the difference on dares website to actually on the black car, but my pals ones look just like they do on the black e30 so I wouldn't worry.

Darn, that's not promising.

Haha, that's about the 100th bad thing I've heard about BK Racing now.. Staying faaaaar away.

In the tyre trade huh winkeye I need 4 205/40/16 £10 each

Dare themselves, cut out the middle man.

Any pics of the car they're going on? You'll need to run low to pull them off properly.

The link you have is for 15"......
If you're going 15" get yourself a set of BBS RM's 012's.

You can put a 2" dish up front, and a 3" dish for the rear.

Search for "Baz666" on here, his E30 was running a set. 8j fronts, and 9j rears

Yeah I've got some pics, I'll up load in a sec.

But I think they'll fit perfectly.

When I got the car it has 60mm PI drop springs and it was way to low for my area.
I bought what I was told were the standard 325i Sport springs but got given the 325 springs. It's been stupidly high ever since.

Now i'm in in the middle of putting Apex 30mm drop springs. Already done the back and with 16's and low profiles it should sit an inch or two below the arches.

Eye brows are gone now..

No pics of it yet as I'm half way through the springs but its looking much much better. Just need 16's and I can die a happy man.

£10 will get you a very nice bmx tyre!

I hear "three " brand of tyre can be had for. £100 as 4, sideways Chinese style driving guaranteed!

Looking good mate!

I run 16x9 cr7s et 15 with 215/40/16 all round with bilstein b4s and h&r springs and it sits too high! Coilovers or some b8s and custom springs are on the cards me thinks!

Cheers!

Hmm yeah I don't think im REALLY going to get the stance I want with these shitty Apex spring and some 16's but I think it'll be better than both of the above for comfort (bumpy area) and looks.

But yeah.. looks like we both want something we can't afford! LIFE

I have just put a set on my car
16x8 front
16x9 back
no issues or spacers etc
just rolled my back arches a bit
rubber is 205/45/16
if you can afford 205/40 is even better
I choose gold centre with my Claypso e30

All the best
