Hi guys, I have an issue with my brakes and need some advice.

When setting off in a morning from cold the brake pedal will drop almost to the bottom the first time it's pressed.

I have had the brakes bled but has made little or next to no difference whatsoever.

Any ideas....?

Thanks

Do you have disc rear brakes or drum rear brakes?

More car details given the easier it is to respond...

Year and model normally are enough...

If you are not losing brake fluid (level in reservoir going down relatively quickly), then it's probably a master cylinder fault.
