electric hood bits

Hi getting a repair kit fitted i need the following part numbers if anyone can help looked on realoem but can not find them.
the first is the black disc with 2 holes in pic one this is a bolt , the second bit is the brass washer in pic 2 been to the bmw dealer they have blank faces .

The brass washer should be supplied with your repair kit.

I'll see if I have a spare one at home.

garage where i had respray done are sorting it the washer is not with repair kit if you have a spare please let me know and price posted to slough thanks
