temperature gauge move how to fix this?

if I turn the air con blower to number 2, 3 or 4 the temperature gauge is suddenly move following the air con blower number.

the the gauge is not accurate and higher than the real.

how to fix this? or any wire or ground that is lost connection?

Have you tried taking the dial cluster out and checking if the brass earth nut is tight?
