Can anybody help me to identify exactly what the OEM 1986 first aid kit & warning triangle supplied for E30 looked like. Must be those which were fitted that year.
Detailed photos would be brilliant.

These are the ones for, and pictured with, the boot tidy that goes over the battery in boot kit

There's also a different boot tidy that sits down inside the pocket for cars without battery in boot, (im
Not sure if just facelift or pre facelift aswell, there are 2 types of blue triangle casings
Then there's tourings and cabbys im not sure how they differ or what other variables there are
So it would also depend on your type of car ?

Many thanks for that, it's a great start.
Mines an 86 325i Cab, I ordered it with first aid kit & triangle, even shows this (via BMWVin.com) on build sheet from July 86.
For whatever reason it didn't come with these two items, so I was not charged for them, but it has irritated me through the years, so thought I might be able to purchase some if I can find mint originals. Battery up front.
Boot as this

All info gratefully received.

I have no idea about cabbys, although I (think) I read somewhere that the other triangle type (squared ends) is the cabby type, some cabby owners and the guru types on here will be able to help you further

Polsta. These are from an 89 Sport advertised at the moment, they look similar to yours, are yours from 86?

Yes mines an 86 factory build car, you can see that the boot of that car has the same battery in boot kit and tidy same as mine, which is different to your boot , I'm

Ignoring the tool kit this looks genuine. Is your triangle as this one?
