BMW E30 325i gearbox strange noice

Hi there!!

I have a Bmw E30 325i with the original getrag 260 gearbox and differential.

I hear a strange noise coming from the gearbox ( tick, tick, tick) from 1500rpm to 2000rpm and more specifically from the frond part of the gearbox as I hear the noise coming from the driver pedals and inside the glove box!!
Also when I press the clutch the noise still continues. The noise is continuously when driving the car and when is stop.

Do you know what it can be? I am sure is not the clutch bearing.

I am also interested to change my differential and put one with LSD which ratios as the best??
