Hi everyone,

I have a 318is and have just bought my son a 316i but he's noticed that his sits an inch or so higher and would like to lower it so that its the same as mine (which is standard 318is ride height) can we just use a set of iS springs? If so does any one have a set thay would want to part with!?

Thanks in advance

Better off placing a ad in the "wanted" section. Traders may have some ready to go. Think sskoda had a 318is compete for breaking....

Would be a good idea to replace shocks as well to get the full benefit and for the front anyway you are 90% stripped down for change anyway.....

316i shocks are 45mm strut diameter 318is and 325 where m tech and are bigger at 51mm diameter.

Be aware that M-Tech suspension was designed to lower the car only 15mm from standard, so you may want more drop.
