i need a new set of tyres for the alpina, staggered 16" set,i have a slow puncture on the rear and tbh, they are pretty old, so..

205/50/16
225/45/16

i reckon continental sport contact 2 is the way to go, but very expensive. i know michelin do a fuel card but dont know which tyre to go for...any other suggestions?

should i order for delivery only, then get a local place to fit? how much would they charge? best quote so far camskill £399 delivered for the contis

or...should i go fully fitted? best quote so far £453.60 fitted for the contis

any tips on saving money/voucher codes/mates rates/zone discounts....etc would be handy please!

ta ;)

Try Oponeo. Best price I could find on several occasions in the last couple of years, especially when carriage costs are included.
Tyres come from Poland, but only take 2 - 3 days to arrive.

Pnues online have good prices with an option for fitting near to where you live....

Maybe worth a look....

FWIW, I paid £10 a wheel at ATS-Euromaster for fitting in Aylesbury.

Given they're regional, I assume it's a nationwide price.

Probably not your first choice but I took a punt with ASDA tyres. They were most competive fitted. They use Halfords auto centre. Again not my first choice but they seemed good enough to fit tyres.... Having said that I'm currently sat in there waiting room as one of the tyres is letting out air slowly. :?

Quick update. It was a leaky tyre valve. All sorted (free of charge of course) with no dramas. :)

I bought 4x Continental contact 2 earlier this summer for the Cab, £353 fitted. Used Mytyres for the first time, with their fully fitted price & had them fit at my local tyre place I use regularly.
Price was way better than Blackcircles (who I normally use) both price & tyres were good.
Worked for me
Cheers

Where is the yellow dot relative to the tyre valve?
