Fuse is #20. Do your mirrors work?

mirrors still working, also noticed this morning when I turned the fan control to max setting I can hear a click sound every 7-8 seconds and on idle the Rev fluctuates a little, sounds like a relay or something, any idea it's bloody cold. a˜¡

Clicking is from the thermal overload trip, built into the fan speed resistor pack. Don't push your luck with it - it won't stand much of that.
Sounds like the fan motor has finally seized after 20+ years of zero maintenance.
Take it out and lubricate it. Details are probably in the wiki.

it is a easy job iMO, im sure this is in the wiki, but the fan is accessed from the engine bay..there is a cover which has to be removed, this is on the scuttle.
with this removed, the fan is visible, and held in by two clips these remove. pull the fan out and apply liberal grease/lubricant and you should be good to go. same happened with mine and did as above, sorted.
