The moulded shell, that which protects the driver's seat back, is coming off. (325i cabby)
Anyone else dealt with this situation?

Think I'd check that the two screws at the bottom are still there and tight, as a starting point.

It can only be those screws or the two clips at the top I think?
If the screws are there undo them and lift the panel up towards the roof and pull it off, you can then check the clips.
