lighting gone in OBC

Hello, I cannot see the digits on the obc anymore.
whats gone.
Any help appreciated.

I remember doing mine by dropping the glove box and taking out the plastic in the right side and also taking out stereo and cage. This have enough room to get my hands behind the dash and fiddle out the old and slide in the new without dismantling lots of parts.
