I like that... especially the rust sticker

The Internet - It has proven to be worthless, and is nothing but a repository for perverts.

..too many miles, too much damage and too lowly a spec for it to be worth rescuing sadly

Maybe it could be brought up to usable 'beater' spec for a couple of £K? though

Patina cars do seem popular, maybe that's what will happen.
I'd rather frag it

The seller is obviously a freak with an attitude. Selling cars is tedious but being a rude smart 4rse will not get you a victim . The clearly blind tw4t (sounds like an ideal victim for a scrap E12 !) who asked whether it had a sunroof or not will now disappear with his cane and labrador. He may well have been a real live victim, possibly the only one .
The seller needs to realise that he has not got the Crown jewels. I expect several relists.

When I saw 'Hammer E12' in the title, I was really rather hoping that this would be a link to some sort of lunatic Mercedes W124 AMG Hammer engined E12 creation!!! Shame...
I do remember that episode of HHoH though - was it called the children of doom or something like that?

..yep, he shops the E12 in for an E23 after the accelerator- defect-incident. Clearly an executive type going places

Interesting. Any idea what the sticker is on the top right of the screen? Looks almost like an M tricolour stripe.

If you bought the same house in good condition in Sheffield, you'd own both the garage and the Merc.
And have about £650'000 in change. I don't get London house prices. It's an okay place but it's still just a big dirty city.

..yep not sure who benefits from the dysfunctional property market

If R4LPH ever pegs out, I may get something like a cheap 525e to replace it, can't see myself having two cars again though and I can't imagine any car being as handy as the Compact

I'm guessing none of the models favoured by the 'lower orders' would qualify

I wanted to know the precise definition of "lower orders" ?
With a response like that perhaps you are "lower order" ?

Not as much as an E3 buyer!
