The window and sunroof buttons stay illuminated along with interior lights, even when the car is locked. Checked driver's side door button (thanks BenHur) nothing connected to spade terminal on back of switch...would explain a lot, passenger side is connected though. Couldn't see or retrieve anything through switch hole, so investigated further, removed cover & speaker next to accelerator. Nothing! No loose spade terminal floating around. There is one taped to the loom, but looks original. Any pointers?
Whilst in there routing around for a loose wire I was supprised to find something warm below the speaker aperture. No idea what it is, black plastic with 'top' stamped on it, looked like a relay, but when moved slightly seemed to make a relay operate somewhere behind the dash! Any ideas what this could be and why is it warm? Cheers, Flip.
