Quick One On Which Oil Grade To Use

Hi guys i wanted to know, i'm going to do a oil and filter change soon and which grade oil is recommended for my M40B18 Engine with 125000miles on the clock.
I've been using castrol magnatec 10w40. Is that still ok?
There is no problems with the cams at all only the usual tappaty.

Magnatec 10W-40 will be fine. These are not fine tolerance, fussy engines. A full synthetic will be a 'better' oil, but a bit OTT.

just a follow on from this... would Magnatec 15W-40 be fine for regular Motorway driving?

Or should I change to Magnatec 10W-40?
