Coolant leak

I have a 318is with a coolant leak seems to be coming from the front of the engine Ive had water pump and thermostat replaced been told its the head gasket sounds an expensive job. The car has done 80,000 miles in emaculate condition any advice. Anyone know a good garage in the Watford area. Tony

It's sounds like part number 10 to me.
But to get to it requires the head to come off and a new head gasket as well.
