Can't imagine you've missed it, but I assume you've had your tracking set?

Checked your control arm bushes or changed them? I've known vibrations to be caused by ones that looked perfectly serviceable.

Be carefull the wheels havn't got any welds hidden in them - this is quite common in Alpina reps and can cause all sorts of problems with balancing and vibration.

Sorry, carn't really be of much more use to you as every thing has been covered.

Neil.

what offset are the wheels?

all the vibration problems i have ever had, an tehre have been many off them, have been due to the wheel having an incorrect offset. Even when i had wheels with et 30 on my bmw they wobbled at 80

et25 an its job done

What sort of spigot rings have you got? If they're the plastic ones, they can deform when you put the wheel on. You can get metal replacements for notalot...

M3 ones are solid rubber, without the cut outs. Available with the hole for the control arm in the middle or with it offset towards the edge for increased castor.

Do the alternatives increase the self straightening effect or decrease it compared to standard e30 bushes?

i have metal rings on but we did notice some corrission build up between wheels and disc. have not had time to road test yet, due to fact i took the bosses mr2 turbo home tonight to test out the nos system, had to change under pants ,bit dangerous for road use,to many idiots on road plus car to quick without nos running.
