why is the rear of my cab getting lower,
its on AVO 55mm springs and Mtec shocks but its droped by about 1/2 an
inch more than it was.

Could this be shock mounts :?

It could be your subframe mounts... apparently these can cause lowering up to 10mm.

How long ago did you have your lowering springs installed?
