Hi, My gear stick is just loose in the car. It does not centre itself, you just have to find the gears yourself when driving. Anyone got any ideas what this could be ? Cheers

If it happened suddenly then something has come adrift or is broken.
If it has gradually happened then the bush is worn where the link rod from the gearlever joins the gearbox.
The bush can't be replaced by itself. The bit that joins on to the gearbox has to be replaced, but this has been modified to reduce wear, so you have to get the link rod to the gear lever as well.
Gearlever end will be slightly worn as well, but sorting the gearbox end will deal with most of the problem.
