1. That's a 518i which isn't a proper BMW
2. Has council front indicators which don't match the rear indicators

That's not an answer. Why is a 518 not a proper BMW?

Having driven a few, I'd have one over a 520. They actually drive really well.

What he said. I used to borrow/work on a mates touring. Was a nice car to drive, albeit a little slow.

The E34 is definitely one of the best BMWs built.

For the exact same reason E36 316i / 318i Compact isn't a proper BMW

Why is the fronts clear and rear ambers ?
Doesn't even match ?
No other BMW model from Factory has this
they always match clears or ambers everywhere

But that's not a fact. That's just one persons sweeping statement and opinion....

How many of the E46 M3's that you post up, have cracked boot floors and rust issues? Now THATS shit for you!

When the Z3 came out, critics stated that the 1.9 was the better car as the M52 engine cars were too heavy over the nose.

Yes, I would have a six over a four but the 4 cylinder cars are hardly "shit"! I think all French cars are shit. But will admit that's a sweeping statement and they probably have made some gooduns. Although I'd never accept or admit to it :D

A 518i is good on fuel, fast enough for every day traffic and simple and easy to work on.

I would love a 518g touring which is a factory fitted LPG version.

Look how much space there is
