.... hi..is there anyone out there that can tell me how water is getting into the rear passenger footwell of my 1989 320i 3door...poured water around sunroof and it exits through the boxes front and back so it's not that. the car is has been well cared for and has only done 80,000 miles....please please please help me cure the wet feet problem!water in rear passenger footwell???

Big round plates in the floor, directly under the middle of the front seat bases. Either work loose, or one of the three fixing lugs rusted off.
