My clutch is developed a strange fault,when push the pedal not always the pedal goes half way down with no filling what so ever and then when I let the pedal back up and depress it again it works fine.Over about 3 miles it will do this about half a dozen times.Ive just had new fliud,any ideas.

sounds like it may have air trapped in the system....OR, dodgy seals.......
Pete don't care about colour, He would shag a rainbow if he could find the end of it....

If there were no fault before you changed the fluid i would think its not been bled properly

If it works when you 'pump it up', then it is probably air still in the system, but when you changed the fluid, the piston in the master cylinder went slightly further than it normally does, pushing the seal into the crud that collects in front of it. This has been known to result in a damaged seal, especially if it's already a bit fragile through age.
